The Stackable Battery is made using lithium-ion batteries and is a rechargeable battery. This design addresses the limitations of individual battery module capacities in wall-mounted battery systems (large-capacity batteries are often too heavy and impractical, potentially exceeding the wall’s weight-bearing capacity). When individual modules are designed to be stackable, it means that household energy storage needs can be met in a more space-efficient manner.
Justlithium Stackable Battery employs a modular design approach. This design divides the battery system into the battery section and the Power Distribution Unit (PDU) section, separating the Battery Management System (top layer) from the power source (middle layer). This allows you to increase the battery system’s capacity or voltage without replacing the entire device. It also makes better use of vertical space in your home, avoiding the problem of wall-mounted battery systems occupying a significant amount of space. Maintenance is made easy with communication lines through the PDU, allowing you to conveniently monitor the status of each cell in the inverter’s backend. The battery system also includes built-in balancing fire safety features and incorporates CAN and RS485 communication capabilities.
